Addison Group seeks an experienced Controller/VP to lead accounting, reporting, treasury, and audit for a real estate organization. You will partner with owners, investors, and operations to drive growth and ensure robust financial control.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance, CPA or MBA, and strong GAAP expertise in multi-entity real estate. This role oversees close cycles, investment reporting, and external audits, with a competitive salary and bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Experience with real estate investment, development, property management, private equity real estate, family office, or partnership accounting environments.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting and consolidations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor accounting personnel while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Direct the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure timely delivery of accurate financial information.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, and analytical reporting packages.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies across multiple entities.
• Manage accounting and reporting activities related to real estate investments, operating entities, and partnership structures.
• Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and treasury operations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals for timely completion of filings.
