Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with anticipated graduation in 2027–2028.
• Professional experience through internships, part-time or full-time work and/or extracurricular activities

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive training covering commercial real estate fundamentals, financial analysis, Excel, and Argus Enterprise.
• Complete financial modeling, underwriting, and practical exercises across property types and transaction disciplines.
• Analyze property-level financial information, including rent rolls, operating statements, cash flows, and comparables.
• Conduct company, property, and market research to support transaction-related assignments and presentations.
• Prepare and deliver research presentations and other project-based assignments.
• Collaborate on a capstone project applying skills and concepts learned.
• Participate in training sessions, Q&A discussions, and other professional development opportunities
