Eastdil Secured Savills is launching the U.S. Analyst Program, a two-year path into commercial real estate finance. Analysts work alongside experienced transaction professionals, gaining hands-on underwriting experience for asset sales and debt placement across property types.

Participants receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and ongoing feedback to support professional development, in a collaborative, merit-driven environment across the U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor0s or master0s degree with anticipated graduation Spring 2027 or earlier.
• Professional experience through internships, part-time or full-time work and/or extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist transaction professionals with underwriting and execution of asset sales and debt placement across property types.
• Prepare presentations, financial analyses, and other transaction-related materials with senior team members.
• Conduct comprehensive company, property, market, and industry research and analysis.
• Perform financial modeling and evaluate property-level operating and financial performance.
• Support collection, organization, and review of due diligence materials.
• Assist in preparation of pitches, offering memoranda, marketing materials, and other transaction-related presentations.
• Analyze market data, comparable transactions, and industry trends to support transaction execution.
• Support transaction teams throughout various stages of the deal process.
