You will learn cash flow modeling with Argus and Excel, perform due diligence, and prepare Investment Committee memos. The program emphasizes collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on development.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate sophomore or junior with a target graduation date between December 2028-Spring 2029
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; expertise with Excel
• Clear, concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Support the credit team in evaluating and executing debt investments across the United States
• Develop cash flow projections using Argus and Excel
• Perform financial analysis and due diligence for debt investments
• Prepare Investment Committee memos outlining rationale, returns, and risks
• Support asset management through quarterly reporting and loan compliance review
• Participate on broker calls/meetings and property tours when available
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders; collaborate with other teams
