Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree anticipated Spring 2027 or earlier.
• Professional experience through internships, part-time or full-time work and/or extra-curricular activities.
• Interest in financial services with a focus on commercial real estate finance.

Responsibilities

• Assist transaction professionals with underwriting and execution of asset sales and debt placement across a variety of property types.
• Work closely with senior team members to prepare presentations, financial analyses, and other transaction-related materials.
• Perform comprehensive company, property, market, and industry research and analysis.
• Conduct financial modeling and evaluate property-level operating and financial performance.
• Support the collection, organization, and review of due diligence materials.
• Assist in the preparation of pitches, offering memoranda, marketing materials, and other transaction-related presentations.
• Analyze market data, comparable transactions, and relevant industry trends to support transaction execution.
• Support transaction teams throughout various stages of the deal process.
