Qualifications

• Strong mathematical and analytical computation skills with accuracy (Required).
• Ability to analyze financial reports and develop automated spreadsheets (Required).
• Knowledge of real estate law as it applies to commercial leases (Required).

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting and accounting for University-owned commercial properties.
• Develop and automate spreadsheets to perform financial analyses.
• Generate reports using Essbase, FSO, QDB, CashNet, FS Ledger, Bruinbuy.
• Ensure timely monthly financial close and reporting.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and maintain data accuracy.
