Job summary

You will prepare memoranda, credit applications, and bank presentations. Responsibilities include creating detailed cash flow models, market research, coordinating with legal/valuation/engineers, and supporting due diligence and loan closings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in new deal origination/modeling/structuring for real estate finance.
• Evaluate transactions for opportunity quality and prepare risk materials.
• Conduct market research and coordinate third-party vendors.
• Assist with due diligence and loan closing processes.
• Prepare cash flow and real estate analyses for potential deals.
