Regency Centers seeks a Manager of Financial Services to lead underwriting, financial analysis, and due diligence for shopping center investments across Westport, CT, Bethesda, MD, or Jacksonville, FL. This hybrid role requires 3 days in office and 2 remote after training.

You will build models with Argus and Excel, prepare investment packages for committees, and oversee FS analysts while evaluating tenant metrics to inform capital decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years underwriting and due diligence in retail real estate developments/acquisitions.
• Proficiency with Argus and MS Office; PowerBI experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare financial models for acquisitions, development, and redevelopment using Argus and Excel.
• Prepare investment packages and memos for Regency's Real Estate, Investment, and Board committees.
• Oversee financial models for in-process developments and monthly updates of forecasting dashboards.
• Supervise and develop FS analysts.
• Perform due diligence: leases, env, title, surveys, and zoning; gather market intelligence.
• Evaluate tenant financial health and provide analysis to Investment/Leasing teams.
