Job summary

Regency Centers is seeking a Senior Manager of Investments (Development) to join our Raleigh, NC or Jacksonville, FL office. You will drive all aspects of the development process, from deal sourcing and underwriting to entitlements, design, and delivery, coordinating with leasing and operations teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in commercial real estate with development, underwriting, and financial modeling expertise, plus strong MS Office skills and regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Development, construction, leasing, due diligence, and underwriting and/or financial modeling experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Extensive local market knowledge and local business network contacts.
• Ability to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and redevelopment of shopping centers; coordinate with Leasing and Operations teams.
• Identify acquisition and development opportunities and conduct outreach to prospects.
• Manage internal teams and external resources through project planning.
• Define entitlement path and interface with governmental agencies for approvals.
• Provide market evaluations, anchor tenant assessments, and cost estimation.
• Assist operations with development projects.
• Develop and maintain industry relationships with tenants, brokers, partners, etc.
• Complete other special projects as necessary.
