Job summary

Regency Centers seeks a Manager of Financial Services to join our hybrid team in Jacksonville, FL, or Atlanta, GA, or Raleigh, NC. You will oversee underwriting, financial analysis, and due diligence for shopping-center investments while guiding FS analysts and coordinating with investment committees.

Key tasks include building pro formas, preparing investment memos, and managing forecasting models; a strong real estate background and MBA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years underwriting retail real estate developments or acquisitions.
• Proficiency with Argus and MS Office Suite; PowerBI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial models for acquisitions, development, and redevelopment using Argus and Excel.
• Develop investment packages for Real Estate Committee, Investment Committee, and Board.
• Maintain and update financial models for in-process developments and monthly updates of forecasting models.
