Well Established Real Estate Group is seeking an Experienced Litigation Attorney with Real Estate Law experience to join our in-house legal team and work fully REMOTE. We have offices in 3 states and handle both Commercial and Residential properties.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada
• 10+ years of legal practice experience
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate law and related areas
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently

The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of litigation matters from start to finish, including:

• Analyzing and assessing incoming cases
• Drafting legal documents
• Researching issues
• Negotiating with opposing counsel

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary DOE: $200,000 - $275,000 per year
