  • Handle a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including: Purchase and sale agreements, commercial leasing
  • Collaborate with partners and contribute meaningfully to practice group goals
  • Engage in client development and networking efforts with firm support

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated legal experience in energy and real estate law
  • Proven expertise in complex land use and permitting matters within the energy sector
