You will coordinate closings, due diligence, and reporting while analyzing cash flows, debt schedules, and valuations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field is required.
• MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, underwriting, and closing development, acquisition, refinancing, and corporate loans.
• Coordinate loan closings, due diligence, lender requests, and transaction documentation.
• Prepare and maintain loan abstracts while monitoring covenant compliance and reporting requirements.
• Assist with quarterly investor, lender, and company reporting.
• Analyze property performance, debt schedules, cash flows, and valuations.
• Partner with Finance, Capital Markets, Accounting, and leadership on financing initiatives and special projects.
• Research financing opportunities, market trends, and capital market activity.
• Utilize Yardi and Excel to prepare financial analyses and reporting.
