Qualifications

• 3–7 years of meaningful commercial real estate finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the State Bar of GA, NC, SC, TN, FL and/or TX.

Responsibilities

• Focus on real estate and finance matters nationwide, including senior, mezzanine and equity financing, acquisitions and workouts.
• Represent lenders and commercial real estate developers in a variety of transactions.
• Support foreclosures, dispositions, development, and workouts as part of the Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group.
