• Financial Management
• Maintaining a tenant rent roll
• Forecasting recurring tenant revenue
• Tracking vacancy and financial effects of vacancy
• Recommending and implementing real estate valuation and pricing programs
• Supporting occupancy pricing and cost recovery analyses
• Preparing draft tenant rent and service calculations
• Supporting analysis of operating costs, building charges, security charges, parking, tenant improvements, amortization, and reimbursable services
• Reviewing proposed and actual tenant charges for consistency with agreements
• Identifying discrepancies among occupancy, billing, and financial records
• Preparing revenue, expense, and variance reports
• Supporting annual budget formulation and multiyear forecasts
• Developing financial scenarios for prospective tenants and space assignments
• Tracking tenant improvement obligations and reimbursements
• Coordinating financial information with budget offices
• Maintain an integrated performance management framework addressing occupancy, vacancy, utilization, space pipeline, tenant onboarding milestones, and revenue forecasts
