Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with four or more years of related professional experience in financial analysis or real estate.
• Experience supporting real estate programs, transactions, and asset management.
• Pro forma financial modeling experience for real estate assets and transactions.
• Strong Excel skills, including complex formulas, modeling, and data validation.
• Ability to translate requirements into financial models, reports, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, maintain, and analyze real estate pro forma models for acquisitions, developments, and leasing.
• Build financial models with costs, financing, operating expenses, CAPEX, vacancy, and related assumptions.
• Conduct sensitivity, scenario, and break-even analyses; assess risks and performance.
• Validate model inputs, formulas, and outputs for accuracy and completeness.
• Gather and interpret complex financial and real estate data from multiple sources.
• Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualizations for portfolio performance.
• Provide recommendations to achieve real estate, financial, budgetary, and operational objectives.
• Prepare investment memoranda, feasibility studies, forecasts, and decision-support products.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define requirements.
