Job summary

Basis Industrial in Florida seeks an Analyst or Senior Analyst with hands-on real estate finance experience. You will use Argus, Excel, and Yardi to support property valuations, portfolio performance, and investment decisions for small-bay industrial and self-storage assets.

The role combines asset management and acquisition duties, collaborating with asset managers, acquisitions teams, and senior leaders to deliver accurate financial insights and reporting. Relocation is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting or related area preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in banking, real estate, finance, private equity or asset management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Yardi and Argus Enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Research real estate markets and provide asset performance projections.
• Develop and maintain asset management models quarter over quarter.
• Update portfolio Argus files to support quarterly forecasting and budgeting.
• Track capex and tenant improvements.
• Provide analytical support for leasing and capital expenditure decisions.
• Prepare underwriting for new lease opportunities and compare to budgets.
• Assist senior management on special projects and due diligence for investments.
