• Advanced proficiency in Argus modelling and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience developing cash flow models and in-depth financial analysis.

• Develop and maintain sophisticated cash flow models for properties and transactions.
• Conduct research and analysis of leases, proposals and client portfolios.
