You will translate complex financial data into clear insights for finance and cross-functional teams, supporting budgets, forecasts, and earnings materials. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in corporate finance or FP&A with strong Excel and Power BI skills, and can effectively communicate results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or analytical real estate finance role.
• Proficient in financial modeling and Excel; strong PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to translate large datasets into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with automation, analytics, or AI-enabled tools to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operating performance across properties and portfolios using advanced analytics and AI tools.
• Perform property- and portfolio-level performance analysis of lease activity, expenses, and margins.
• Collaborate with operations and asset management to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets and forecasts from historical trends.
• Assist in quarterly financial materials and earnings support with insights.
• Create reports and dashboards (Power BI/Excel) for internal stakeholders.
• Support automation initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and speed.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity of financial models.
