Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; strong PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with automation and AI-enabled analytics to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operating performance across properties and portfolios using advanced analytics and AI tools.
• Evaluate lease activity, expense trends and margins to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with operations, asset management, and portfolio teams for insights.
• Assist with budgets and forecasts by analyzing historical results and trends.
• Contribute to quarterly financial materials and earnings support.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards in Power BI or Excel.
• Support automation initiatives and AI-assisted analysis.
• Uphold data accuracy and model integrity for reliable reporting.
