You will work on real estate planning, portfolio management, data quality, and reporting—developing dashboards and presentations to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, facilities management, engineering, architecture, or data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate planning, lease administration, and portfolio management activities.
• Assist facilities operations teams with service delivery, workplace projects, and employee experience initiatives.
• Help maintain and improve the quality of real estate, occupancy, and workplace data across multiple systems.
• Analyze data and develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business decision-making.
• Participate in workplace strategy projects focused on space utilization, occupancy planning, and colleague engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers on operational and strategic initiatives.
