Job summary

You will collaborate with Facilities Operations, Engineering, Finance, and other teams to enhance asset governance and lifecycle performance, gaining hands-on exposure to PM, capital planning, and cross-functional facilities work.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field as part of a co-op program.
• Proficiency in data analysis and documentation.
• Experience with data visualization tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review asset, preventive maintenance, work order, and financial data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Support reconciliation of physical assets with enterprise system records and track data-quality issues.
• Document current and future-state workflows for asset creation, tagging, classification, maintenance, updates, redeployment, and retirement.
• Interview SMEs and translate knowledge into process maps, SOPs, job aids, and training materials.
• Assist with dashboards, metrics, and recurring reports on asset completeness, PM coverage, reliability, lifecycle condition, and program progress.
• Participate in cross-functional working sessions and coordinate actions with multiple teams.
• Contribute to continuous-improvement projects to enhance governance, data-driven decisions, cost efficiency, and lifecycle performance.
