You will support asset lifecycle processes, data quality, and dashboards while gaining hands‑on exposure to enterprise asset management, preventive maintenance, and cross‑functional facilities operations. This hybrid intern role requires pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field and strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, data analytics, business, finance, information systems, supply chain, construction management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or other data-visualization tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with careful attention to detail.
• Ability to organize complex information and create clear, concise documentation and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze asset, preventive maintenance, work order, and financial data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reconciliation of physical assets with records in enterprise systems and help track data-quality issues through resolution.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows for asset creation, tagging, classification, maintenance‑plan assignment, record updates, redeployment, and retirement.
• Interview subject‑matter experts and translate operational knowledge into clear process maps, SOPs, job aids, and training materials.
• Assist with dashboards, metrics, and recurring reports related to asset completeness, preventive maintenance coverage, reliability, lifecycle condition, and program progress.
• Participate in cross‑functional working sessions and coordinate actions with Facilities Operations, Engineering, Finance, Capital Projects, Workplace, EHS, and service‑provider teams.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects that enhance asset governance, data‑driven decision‑making, cost efficiency, compliance, and lifecycle performance.
