Job summary

CenterSquare Investment Management, based near Philadelphia, seeks an Analyst to join the Listed Real Estate Securities team in Conshohocken. You will be integrated into the investment process, building models, evaluating publicly traded real estate companies, and refining investment theses.

You will cover 20–30 real estate names, engage with management, visit properties, attend industry events, and collaborate with Portfolio Managers to support stock selection and portfolio construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• 0–5 years in investment management or analytical role.
• Strong interest in investing, financial markets, and real estate.
• Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling.
• CFA preferred or willingness to pursue CFA charter.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and forecasts for assigned securities.
• Analyze company filings, earnings releases, and market data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop investment theses across REIT sectors and listed real estate.
• Conduct fundamental research to support decisions and portfolio positioning.
• Present research findings and recommendations in written memos and presentations.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to support decision-making.
