Responsibilities

• Lead daily production execution by allocating work, monitoring throughput, and preventing backlogs.
• Perform end-of-day controls to ensure requests are completed on time.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; elevate with proposed actions and impacts.
• Drive governance and continuous improvement based on production trends.
• Maintain current procedure documentation and ensure accurate process updates.
• Oversee loan closing and collateral readiness through completion of required docs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and third parties to track and image documentation per policy.
• Resolve documentation exceptions needed to satisfy collateral requirements.
• Oversee quality control for regulatory and compliance-related requests.
• Maintain stakeholder management and clear status reporting for deadlines.
