Role Description

This is a contract remote Real Estate Disposition Manager. The Disposition Manager will be part of our disposition department and will be responsible for making calls to potential buyers, qualifying them, and setting in-person appointments on the property we're looking to sell. This role is crucial in generating new and sustainable buyers, maintaining relationships with current and potential ones and building a strong pipeline of buyers for each market we're working in. The Disposition manager will be managing the property sale from A-Z.

This position required a strong background in real estate disposition, wholesale and sales.
