We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented Dispositions Manager to generate and close $70K+ in monthly business revenue by assigning real estate contracts to buyers. This remote, full-time role requires you to build strong buyer relationships, manage property listings and negotiations, and maintain an 80%+ closing ratio. You’ll source buyers, handle property marketing, and coordinate assignments to ensure seamless transactions. Strong people skills, proactive behavior, and a relentless work ethic are critical to success. Commission-based earnings with tiered incentives. Responsibilities: • Revenue Generation : Close $70K+ in monthly business revenue by assigning seller and JV contracts. • Buyer Outreach : Add 20–25 new buyers weekly via outbound methods like social media, RVM, and cold calls. • Sales & Negotiation: Communicate with buyers, negotiate assignment fees, and maintain an 80%+ closing ratio. • Property Marketing : List properties on MLS, Facebook, and InvestorBase; schedule showings and manage buyer interest. • Transaction Coordination : Handle assignment agreements and ensure smooth handoff to the title and transaction coordinator. • Daily Execution : Join morning huddles, track KPIs, update CRM, and submit daily reports. • Team Collaboration : Share insights, stay accountable, and help maintain high team standards. Qualifications: • Strong communication and rapport-building skills with buyers and team members • High-level sales instincts with the ability to negotiate and close deals consistently • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of hitting revenue targets independently • Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple deals • Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead conversations with confidence and clarity Compensation: $75,000 yearly at planned commission
