Job Description
This is a remote position.
Are you a driven, organized, and relationship-focused professional ready to make an impact? We’re seeking a Disposition Account Manager to help grow our network of buyers, manage property transactions, and build strong client relationships. In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee key aspects of the dispositions process and play a vital part in our company’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with realtors, investors, and buyers to expand our network.
- Respond promptly to all buyer leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Manage and update the pipeline of buyer prospects using the CRM.
- Negotiate the best possible prices for all properties being sold.
- Manage deals currently under contract and coordinate with Transaction Coordinator and realtors.
- Identify and add buyers to our list based on specific criteria.
- Call buyers to gather and update their information.
- Create and manage email and text blast campaigns to showcase new deals.
- Facilitate and oversee property walkthroughs with buyers.
- Organize and maintain buyer information and property details in the CRM.
- Build rapport with current buyers and maintain accurate contact information and buying criteria.
- Facilitate and manage joint venture partnerships with realtors and wholesalers.
- Handle and follow up on phone calls, texts, and emails promptly.
- Stay organized and on track by utilizing the CRM daily.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Thinks and acts like an entrepreneur and has an ownership mentality.
- Comfortable working from home.
- Minimum of 2 years of outbound sales experience.
- Extremely strong phone skills; able to set and close appointments over the phone.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Available from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST daily, with a 1-hour lunch break.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Access to a computer with a headset and internet speed of 10 Mbps or faster.
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to execute efficiently.
- Intuitive and proactive thinker.
- Experience using CRM software and managing pipelines.
- Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments.
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills.
