Cardinal Health is seeking a Project Manager for Real Estate Development to support planning, coordination, and execution of small to mid-sized real estate and construction projects within budget and schedule.

As an early-career professional you will gain hands-on exposure to corporate offices, distribution centers, and healthcare environments, collaborating with IT, Security, EH&S, and external partners, while leveraging data and AI tools to improve project tracking.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of construction project coordination or development experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Project or similar tools.
• Exposure to AutoCAD or design tools.
• Familiarity with data analysis, automation, or AI tools.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Senior Project Managers in real estate and construction projects.
• Manage small projects and minor facility improvements from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate project documentation including schedules, budgets, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Support preliminary budgets, cost estimates, and capital approval materials.
• Track project progress, timelines, and expenditures; flag risks or variances.
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Assist with bid processes, vendor coordination, and contract documentation.
• Maintain organized project files, drawings, and records.
• Participate in project meetings and document action items and follow-ups.
• Support site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Build working relationships with internal clients and external vendors.
• Leverage digital tools, automation, and emerging AI capabilities to improve tracking and efficiency.
• Assist in developing internal tools or dashboards to streamline PM processes.
