Cardinal Health, Inc. seeks a Project Manager, Real Estate Development to plan and execute small-scale real estate and construction projects while assisting senior team members on larger initiatives.

This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate offices, distribution centers, and healthcare environments. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and documentation, assist with preliminary budgets and capital material, and help streamline project tracking using modern tools and data analytics.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–5 years of experience in construction project coordination, facilities, or real estate development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with data analysis, automation, or emerging AI tools is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Senior Project Managers in developing and executing real estate and construction projects.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, meeting notes, and status reports for small to mid-size initiatives.
• Support preliminary budgets, cost estimates, and capital approval materials.
• Track progress and expenditures, flag risks to senior team members.
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Assist with bid processes, vendor coordination, and contract documentation.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation, attend meetings, and capture action items.
• Support site visits, inspections, and use data/tools to improve tracking and reporting.
• Develop or enhance internal tools (Excel models, Power BI dashboards, low-code scripts).
