Job summary

Marcus Corporation seeks a Real Estate Development Project Manager to lead project execution and act as the owner's representative from planning through delivery. You will coordinate designers, consultants, and contractors, manage schedules and budgets, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Based in Milwaukee, this role requires strong construction knowledge and ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate development, owner’s representation, and construction project management.
• Experience managing projects from design coordination through construction delivery.
• Strong knowledge of pre-construction, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction coordination for multiple development projects with schedules and milestones.
• Serve as owner’s representative during design, pricing, procurement, construction and closeout.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to advance project plans and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Review drawings, specs, site plans, and budgets for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to reduce cost and improve constructability.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, risk logs, and executive status reports.
• Support entitlements, permitting, utility coordination, and approvals with stakeholders.
• Coordinate bid processes, contracts, and vendor onboarding with internal teams.
• Monitor construction progress through site visits and meetings.
• Establish scalable PM tools and reporting templates for a growing platform.
