Marcus Corporation is seeking a Real Estate Development Project Manager to support delivery of development projects across land, multifamily, and net lease assets. Based in Milwaukee, you will lead owner representation, coordinate architects and contractors, manage schedules and budgets, and drive project execution from planning through construction.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of CRE development, owner's representation, or PM experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field; credentials preferred.
• Ability to read architectural/site drawings and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving under pressure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction coordination for multiple development projects.
• Serve as owner’s representative during design, pricing, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to advance project plans.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, pay apps, changes, and budgets for alignment.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to reduce cost and preserve quality.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, risk logs, and executive status reports.
• Support entitlement, permitting, and municipal approvals with stakeholders.
• Coordinate bid processes, evaluations, and vendor onboarding.
• Monitor construction progress via site visits and meetings.
• Help establish scalable PM tools, templates, and standards.
• Communicate clearly across a lean team and elevate risks and decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.
