Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Real Estate, Finance, or Business Administration with an excellent academic record.
• Demonstrated interest in real estate and strong written/oral communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter, problem solver, and team player with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Work with Asset Management in evaluation, execution, and disposition of student housing and multifamily properties.
• Monitor and compile economic data across markets to assess student housing health.
• Support debt and equity transactions, including refinancings, recapitalizations, and new placements.
• Use Excel to highlight asset and portfolio-level performance metrics (IRR, ROI).
• Prepare reporting materials including rent rolls, budgets, and rate plans.
• Build and update financial models for underwriting institutional-quality assets.
• Gather rent and sales comparables for underwriting.
• Execute ad-hoc projects to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
