Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, IS, Engineering).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or other reporting/visualization tools preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Role Description

Arcadis is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate & Development Intern to support Commercial Operations through reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing project and business performance data, developing reports and dashboards, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making within the Real Estate & Development sector. The internship will be focused on reporting and data analytics for commercial operations supporting the Real Estate & Development industry.

As an intern you will work closely with business leaders and operational teams to collect, analyze, and present data that enhances strategic planning, operational efficiency, and business growth. The role will focus on reporting and data analytics activities supporting commercial operations within the global Real Estate & Development industry.

Role Accountabilities

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year.

The salary range for this position is $22.45 - $31.00 / hour. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
