Arcadis is seeking a Real Estate & Development Intern to support Commercial Operations with reporting, data analytics, and BI initiatives. You will analyze project data, develop dashboards, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions in the Real Estate & Development sector.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, IS, Engineering).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL or other reporting/visualization tools preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Collect, validate, and analyze business and operational project data to support decision-making.
Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Support commercial operations initiatives through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Analyze trends, KPIs, and business performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Create data visualizations and presentations for leadership and stakeholder reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and improve data quality.
Assist with process improvement initiatives through data analysis and workflow documentation.
Support ad hoc reporting requests and special projects related to business operations.
