Arcadis U.S. Inc. is seeking a Real Estate & Development Intern to support Commercial Operations through reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.

The role emphasizes analyzing project performance data, creating dashboards, and delivering insights to aid strategic decisions within the Real Estate & Development sector. You will work with business leaders and operations teams to collect data, develop recurring reports, and present findings that drive operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting and visualization tools preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze business and operational project data to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support commercial operations initiatives through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Analyze trends, KPIs, and business performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create data visualizations and presentations for leadership and stakeholder reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and improve data quality.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives through data analysis and workflow documentation.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and special projects related to business operations.
