Arcadis is seeking a Real Estate & Development Intern to support Commercial Operations through reporting, data analytics, and BI initiatives. You will analyze project and business performance data, develop reports and dashboards, and provide insights for strategic decision-making within the Real Estate & Development sector.

The internship focuses on reporting and data analytics for commercial operations in the global Real Estate & Development industry, requiring strong Excel and visualization

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Business Analytics, Data Analytics or Real Estate.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques is required.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL is preferred for reporting and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze business and project data to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support commercial operations initiatives with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Analyze trends and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create visualizations and presentations for leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and improve data quality.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives through data analysis and workflow documentation.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and special projects related to business operations.
