Job summary

DevCo Residential Group in Bellevue, WA is seeking a full-time FP&A Senior Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio analytics. The role supports Development, Construction, and Asset Management with financial modeling, reporting, and strategic analyses for decision-making.

The Senior Manager will oversee FP&A staff, coordinate with senior leadership, and help drive capital planning and performance insights across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
• 5-7 years of financial analysis experience in real estate development, investment, or consulting (development-focused preferred).
• Familiarity with multifamily assets or other real estate asset classes.
• Strong proficiency with FP&A platforms such as Vena, Prophix, Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to convey financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodically reforecast across all business lines.
• Develop and maintain integrated corporate entity financial forecasts (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Oversee short-term and long-term capital planning.
• Support development pipeline forecasting, including predevelopment expenditures and financing needs.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Prepare materials for lenders, investors, and board presentations.
• Maintain portfolio-level performance reporting across development, construction, and stabilized assets.
