Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Corporate Finance Analytics (CFA) in New York seeks a Senior Associate to develop a firmwide perspective, lead projects, and mentor junior teammates. You will apply financial frameworks, analyze competitors, macro topics, and prepare summaries for senior management, Investor Relations, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities include end-to-end analysis, data validation, creating PowerPoint presentations, and integrating AI/ML tools into reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, economics, sciences, or engineering.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in a similar role (Planning & Analysis, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance).
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Autonomy to manage projects end-to-end.
• Clear verbal and written communication; trusted partner across teams.
• Ability to generate ideas to improve internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive analysis, data charts and validation for the Chairman & CEO Letter to Shareholders, coordinating with many teams.
• Lead quarterly and ad-hoc competitor analysis, earnings coverage and research end-to-end; critique methodologies and provide feedback.
• Complete ad-hoc projects for high-priority issues for senior management.
• Conduct ad-hoc and monthly valuation analysis using techniques like Dividend Discount Modeling.
• Prepare data for external/internal events, e.g., Investor Day.
• Own and manage weekly/monthly firmwide financial reporting and ad-hoc asks.
• Develop proficiency in FactSet and Capital IQ for research and reporting.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for senior management and town halls.
