Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, urban planning, architecture, construction management, public administration, finance, economic development, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in real estate development, economic development, public-private development, capital projects, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate development and public-private initiatives from planning to implementation, including approvals, design coordination, financing milestones, and project closeout.
• Oversee capital and adaptive reuse projects, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and advance new real estate opportunities through due diligence, negotiations, and transaction execution.
• Manage government, community, and stakeholder relationships with city/state agencies, elected officials, and community groups.
• Support funding, development tracking, and executive reporting with senior leadership.
