Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant real estate development or backend construction experience preferred.
• Understand plans, permits, and funding draws.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong paperwork management and follow-up.
• Self-directed and able to learn new processes independently.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and items.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-construction planning and project setup
• Track permits, approvals, contracts, and required documentation
• Assist with insurance applications, binding, certificates, and renewals
• Work closely with general contractors to provide required information and documentation
• Follow up with architects, contractors, insurance brokers, and other project professionals
• Maintain project timelines, checklists, budgets, and development files
• Track outstanding items and ensure each project continues moving forward
• Coordinate backend development requirements through project completion
• Work with banks on funding draws and related timelines
• Provide administrative and operational support throughout the development process
• Proactively identify what is needed to keep projects moving forward
