Job summary

Pennrose Properties is seeking an Associate Developer to participate in multi-project real estate development from inception through lease-up. The role supports an in-house team of Developers, Senior Developers and Regional VPs, coordinating with financiers, architects and contractors to ensure timely, accurate deliverables and effective communication.

The position requires strong financial skills, meticulous accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Real Estate, Business or related field required.
• Master’s Degree or at least 3 years of work experience required.
• Solid real-estate knowledge base.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling to determine the economic feasibility of a project.
• Drafting, editing, assembling, and finalizing multiple, professional RFPs and RFQs.
• Participation in building strong public private partnerships.
• Preparation of professional PowerPoint presentations for financiers, municipalities, and community constituents.
