Job summary

NorthPoint Development LLC is seeking a Development Associate to join our growing team. You will support due diligence, market research, budgeting, and investment offering prep, helping advance development projects from concept to close.

You will coordinate schedules, engage with consultants, manage bids, and assist with permits, reporting to capital partners, and contract administration to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. 2–3 years of experience and a relevant degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or Real Estate.
• 2-3 years of experience in relevant position.
• Strong interpersonal communicator.
• Energetic, resourceful, and hands‑on with a service orientation.
• Detail focused with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the project team with due diligence, market research, and budget prep.
• Assist development schedules from due diligence to land closing.
• Collaborate with Capital/Asset Management to distribute project reports.
• Coordinate consultants (civil, environmental, geotechnical, etc.).
• Analyze bids from consultants and contractors for pre-construction work.
• Manage consultants and ensure permits and submittals are delivered promptly.
• Lead progress meetings with stakeholders throughout development.
• Perform research and analytics to support development execution.
• Assist with contract administration and construction management activities.
