You will perform financial analysis, help structure financing, coordinate due diligence, and assist with construction oversight and asset transition.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in real estate development, acquisitions, private equity, investment banking, lending or related field is required.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to develop financial models.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving skills.

• Source and underwrite investments across multifamily opportunities; build and maintain development pro forma models.
• Structure and secure debt, equity, and other financing; coordinate due diligence through closing.
• Manage design, entitlements and construction with architects, engineers, and contractors; monitor schedule and budget.
• Support post‑closing and asset transition, including tax credit milestones and property operations.
