Job summary

Oxford Properties Group is seeking an Associate, Development to support planning and execution of large-scale development projects in New York City and other markets. You will work closely with senior development professionals on financial analysis, due diligence, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities include preparing pro formas, cash flow models, investment memoranda, and development plans while monitoring schedules, budgets, and risks to align with business

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate development, investment, project management, construction, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating development and redevelopment opportunities, including market research, site analysis, feasibility studies, and due diligence activities.
• Prepare and maintain development pro formas, cash flow models, return analyses, and scenario testing to support investment and development decisions.
• Support the preparation of investment memoranda, approval presentations, project reporting, and other materials for senior management and internal approval committees.
• Assist with the planning and execution of complex mixed-use development projects, including projects involving multiple stakeholders and phased implementation strategies.
• Coordinate due diligence activities across environmental, legal, zoning, design, title, survey, permitting, and regulatory reviews.
• Monitor project schedules, capital calls, budgets, risks, and key milestones to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support collaboration with joint venture partners, public agencies, consultants, community stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Research market trends and regulatory matters relevant to current and prospective projects.
