Job summary

PGIM Real Estate is seeking an Investment Associate to join the Mid-Atlantic/Florida Loan Originations Team in Atlanta, GA. You will support multifamily and commercial real estate debt origination across multiple capital sources, assisting the Loan Officer in all origination stages.

You will interface with brokers, lenders, and internal teams, perform financial analysis, and help prepare authorizations and closings while growing expertise in PGIM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or real estate preferred.
• 3–5+ years in real estate or finance field.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Interest in capital markets and commercial real estate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling to evaluate investment opportunities across core, core plus, and high yield strategies.
• Assist with loan origination: modeling, sensitivity analysis, risk review, due-diligence, memos, and closing.
• Interface with brokers, property managers, joint venture partners, and counsel.
• Support loan briefs for investment committee approval and asset management.
• Assist senior team with structuring, underwriting, closing, and asset management.
• Interact with borrowers, service providers, rating agencies, and investors.
• Develop expertise in PGIM systems (Salesforce, Omnia, Loan Connect).
