PGIM Real Estate is seeking an Investment Associate in Atlanta to support the Southeast Debt Originations team. You will help source, evaluate, structure, and execute multifamily and commercial real estate debt investments across Core, Core Plus, High Yield, and Structured Debt strategies.

Based in Atlanta, you will collaborate with senior originators, borrowers, and internal stakeholders through underwriting, approval, and closing, while developing expertise across the full risk/return spectrum

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, underwriting, banking, investments, capital markets, or related field.
• Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability.
• Demonstrated interest in CRE finance and capital markets.
• Credit mindset with ability to underwrite loans while mitigating risk.

Responsabilidades

• Source, evaluate, structure, and execute CRE debt investments.
• Prepare cash flow models, property valuations, and credit analyses.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Asset Management, and Closing teams.
• Review third-party reports and due diligence materials.
• Develop Southeast market expertise and mentor Analysts.
