Qualifications
- Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field plus 3 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets or portfolio management.
- Alternatively, Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience in the same areas.
Responsibilities
- Launch loan placements on Real Estate assets through closing.
- Provide guidance on market terms for deal teams and prepare investment committee briefs.
- Analyze bids and advise portfolio management on financing decisions.
- Drive transaction negotiation and documentation with internal groups.
- Identify and mitigate risks; develop creative market-based solutions.
- Cultivate lender, broker, partner, and legal relationships to support deal flow.
- Attend property inspections, market tours, and industry conferences.
