The two-year program begins with formal training and evolves into live deal work, mentorship, and professional development, with potential for full-time placement upon completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree expected by Spring 2027.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Prior experience in banking or similar financial institution is a plus.
• Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office; ability to synthesize information.
• Curiosity and learning agility including AI tools like Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Assist in underwriting and analyzing acquisitions and originations, including cash flow projections.
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate data.
• Review legal documents and support due diligence.
• Provide analytical and modeling support to senior teammates.
• Engage in training, mentorship, and team-building activities.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to support research and workflow with accuracy.
