Job summary

QuadReal Property Group is seeking a Summer Analyst in U.S. Real Estate Debt to assist with analysis, underwriting, structuring, and investment memorandums for new opportunities and portfolio extensions.

Based in Los Angeles, you will report to the Associate, U.S. Debt Investments, and contribute to market research, cashflow and valuation models, and monitoring of existing investments, while adhering to risk and compliance policies.

Qualifications

• Pursuing university degree with major in Real Estate, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science or Economics.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detail-oriented and capable of handling complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey results clearly.
• Strong time-management skills; able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to change.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word; Argus Enterprise a plus; familiarity with AI-enabled tools.
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analysis, underwriting, structuring, and preparation of investment memorandums for opportunities.
• Conduct thorough due diligence of investment documents, third-party reports, and market data.
• Perform market research to support investment opportunities across markets and asset classes.
• Create and maintain detailed cashflow and valuation models for new opportunities.
• Support the Investment Team in monitoring existing investments.
• Adhere to compliance and risk management policies.
